The best thing you could hope for in a sushi restaurant is it to be busy. Sure you have to wait for a table, but it means that the restaurant “flips” its fish often, meaning that their fish is always fresh.

The rice paper rolls for the win! So delicious and light. The one with the lobster salad and avocado was so tasty. It was awesome. Now I am not a huge raw fish fan but the salmon, WOW! So fresh it literally melted in your mouth.
